Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!

I'm not really happy with the camera positioning, looks to be 100' away.

Happy with the 2-0 score though!!

This outdoor game is ridiculous. Canada/US should both protest. Too important a game to be played like this.

3-2 Canada almost halfway through the third. That goal by the USA wouldn't have happened ifit wasn't for that ridiculous boarding call by the refs. American player used his drama skills to sell that one. Pansy.

Me, I don't know like this new rule where Canada must be handicapped 5 on 4 every few minutes.

I understand why the Americans want it as an equalizer. I mean Canada is that much better. Still...don't like it.

I see the score is tied up now. Congratulations Zebras. Does that mean you're winning?

Fuck.

Awesome game though.

Carter Hart is garbage. He couldn't stop a beach ball from rolling across the sand. IIHF got their wish. USA wins thanks to the terrible reffing, and Carter Hart's swiss cheese impression.

They made Team Canada leave last year's Memorial Cup winning goaltender, Michael Dipietro at home so the other teams at the World Juniors would have a chance.

I'd rather they lose this one than the Canada/USA final.

Go Canada!!!

Strutz @ Fri Dec 29, 2017 5:32 pm

Damn! I hate the shootout at any level. Not the way to determine a game.

Some very questionable reffing calls for sure.

Oh well, we could still finish first in our group and the real business gets going after NY day.

Well, I didn't want to get carried away and sound like a whiner

I must say I was surprised that the goal we scored that got disputed stood as a goal. I thought it would have been declared a no-no just... because...

Hyack @ Sat Dec 30, 2017 6:17 pm

Canada scores at 3:52 into the 1st.....1-0 Canada over Denmark..... [flag]

Hyack @ Sat Dec 30, 2017 6:40 pm

2-0 at 17:21 of the 1st....

Hyack @ Sat Dec 30, 2017 6:45 pm

Canada takes a 3-0 lead at 19:39....

Hyack @ Sat Dec 30, 2017 7:39 pm

Both teams have taken 2 penaltys during the 2 periods so far. A PP goal at 7:52 and an EQ goal at 9:20 gives Canada a 5-0 lead going into the final period..... [flag]
