Well it looks like the Predators are grounding the jets.

   

Hmm, Jets had their chance to close it out, so nothing to complain about.


Good on the Caps for closing the Pen.

   

Well, they finally found a summer job Brad Marchand is good at.

The Jets are still in it, the only series to go the full seven games, now tied at 3-3. Game seven is scheduled to start at 8:00pm ET Thursday in Nashville.

   

Hopefully it will at least be a more interesting game than game 6 was. It didn't even seem like a playoff game as intensity was lacking, especially by the Jets.

I'm hopeful that the Jets will pull it off then go up against Vegas!

   

Actually I want the jets to win. I was under the belief that if the jets win than the Knights have home field advantage. That is what I want. I would just like a hard fought quadruple overtime game seven to take the starch out of the jets first.

It is time for some new blood in this thing. Nothing against Nashville but I want to see Vegas (preferably) or Winnipeg represent the west. Nashville is in the central time zone for crying out loud. How can they represent the west?

   

2 - 1 Jets at the end of the first and the Preds pulled Rinne from net already for looking so sloppy.

   

If Nashville comes back and wins this one Canadians can be righteously pissed at PK's Iver McDiver move and Team Zebra pretending that wasn't a 9.9. dive but instead calling it a penalty.

So far it's Winnipeg 2 - Team Zebra 1. Nashville no score.

   

3-1 Jets with 2:10 left to play in the 2nd period.....

   

Now 4-1 Jets with 8 minutes to play in the 3rd......

   

The Winnipeg Jets are off to the Western Conference Final. What a game! Winnipeg is gonna be rockin' tonight. Well done Jets!!!!
