I heard a rumor that the Leafs are considering Scotty Bowman.....any one heard this ???

This thread is so incredibly off. Montreal is and always will be the most historic, storied, beloved team in the NHL and in hockey. Only leafs fans care about the leafs. Everyone (who isn't a leafs fan) admires and loves the habs for what they are.
Toronto has a way bigger fan base then montreal barley any europeans or americans like the habs toronto has the most fans hands down and they always will montreal makes one mistake thier fans are on there asses right after that game and there was somthing in another post about how montreal fans make it hard to play there well its hard to play in toronto because of the media its pretty bad in toronto

At least montreal fans do something....Leaf fans never say or do anything to show how pissed off they are at a 40+ years with NO cup. Leaf fans motto "Oh well next year".

They won? WAY!
I'll try to catch as many games as possible if/when they make the playoffs. I can't afford turning my hours around. The games usualy start at 1:30 am here in Sweden.

Only curious.
I do not understand why people would call the Maple Leafs, Canada's team, even less Hockey's team. They can barely be called Canada's team at this point, much less Hockey's team.
This is not meant as an insult or anything, but they haven't won the cup since '67. They are nothing to brag about right now either.
The only thing going for them is that they have the largest market in Canada, and that is pretty much it.
