Uh... No?
Fuck man. He doesn't really look like the "There's no Canada like French Canada! We're the best Canada in ze land!" type to me.
And if he did, I'm pretty sure he'd be over-throwed quickly,

it is in good humour to give anyone the opportunity to make any sort of statement about either or both lanuages good or bad but also a chance for french speaking to speak their mind ...your welcome , you've been enlightened
Harper is doing his part. Lately he starts any statement he makes in French first. Even if what he is saying is more related to an English province or issue.
Catering to French Canada or the Province of Quebec? Things that make you go......hum. ![huh? [huh]](./images/smilies/icon_scratch.gif)
They addressed that in an interview with Harper. He said because French isn't his native language, he has to stop & think about what he's going to say. Said it helped him compose his words better.
Whatever the reason, he more bilingual than Dion.
I spell some things the French way. Civilise, nationalise, and organise. I don't use the "ize" endings. I find it easier because other words such as surprise, compromise, advise, and exercise use "ise" at the end anyway. So instead of making exceptions for some I just spell them all the ise ending way.
