Immigration - Quebec not as open as Canada

Hey let me ask everyone a question here. And this is only an opinion post.
How come it seems appropriate for people to post bashing comments about Quebec, while all at the same time, it seems so controversial, or politically incorrect, to post about ethnicity or immigration.
Not that there should be any comparison between the two. After all, Quebec has played an integral part on the founding of this great nation.
Also, at the current time, I will not make any particular comments about immigration, since I have already stated my opinion about this entire issue, and may have been somewhat harsh at times. And I already posted a comment about that particular matter on another thread.
Oh btw, I am not, in any way, complaining about all of this. I am fully aware that there has been somewhat of a conflict of interest between the ROC and Quebec. Some within the ROC seem to have a distasteful opinion about Quebec. And some Quebecers (let's call them separatists) are also to blame. 
Anways, this is only meant as a way to express my opinion, nothing more should be taken from this. And it's all cool. Like I have previously mentioned, it's alright to post about Quebec, but it would also seem fair to bring about a constructive argument upon posting any comment.
And just so that I am not misunderstood, not speaking of the mods. They all have been more than fair. But more so about some members that seem to get bent out of shape for no reason when the immigration issue is brought forth. 
Anyways, since we are on an immigration thread, well, it sure seems appropriate to me that Quebec should have a say about it's own immigration. So anyways, only wanted to rant a little, and wanted to have a particular say about this whole matter.

Despite a few "ignorant" posters on here, you can't help but see some similarities between the ongoing conflict Quebec (not all of the people obviously) Canada, and this discussion on immigrants and the bashing of immigrants' impact on Quebec and perhaps the ROC as well.

Why should Quebec compare itself to Canada immigration-wise? It's ridiculous to compare immigration levels in between a country and one of its provinces. For military purposes and because immigrants can be used as foot soldiers, it is relevant to compare immigration policies in between countries.

I've summarized the highlights of this policy .
700,000 immigrants needed in the next 3-4 years . Unemployement rate = 17% for those arrived in Quebec in the last five years, compared to 6,3% for people born here. For " Maghrébins ", ( Algeria , Marocco, Tunisia and the rest of North Africa ) , the unemployment rate is more than 27% !!
And "sexy lips" want to bring 700,000 more of them !!!!!!!
This is the end of Quebec as we know it. The end of the country our ancestors from France, England and Ireland etc built for us and that we left to foreigners . A very sad story !!
I can't imagine myself in 5-10 years from now when my daughter asks me :
Dad , I'd like to go to the movies with Amitesh-Atmajyoti !! Can you give me some rupees pooooopa !!

This is interesting to say the least. Let's say that if Quebec wasn't so bent about the ''Loi 101'', perhaps they would not have to import from these countries.
Many Anglos (Of British and Irish ancestry amongst others) have left the province since the PQ regime. And now the province finds itself almost forced to bring in those kind of immigrants.
Perharps, I should not say too much concerning this issue.
Although, I appreciate the whole ''Reasonable Accomodation'' debate in the province. Maybe, Mario Dumont would be in a better position to govern this province. I agree with most of his political program. Not only that, at least, he could probably bring forth a plan of action along with some major changes in regards to immigration. At the same time, we have to see what the Federal Conservatives are about to do with the Tories Immigration Proposals. Either way, it is about time that someone, at both the Provincial & Federal level, recognizes that an imminent change is in order concerning immigration.
