WTF Legitimate question, Brenda.
If you made a survey on cell phone use and someone answered he didn't have a cell phone, interesting to know why, especially from a marketing point of view. Maybe the product can be adapted to appeal to the non-users.

I'm sorry, people say there are no stupid questions, but I think this is a typical one.
Pot legalization is only good for pot users. Non pot users don't really give a flying f*ck whether it is legal or not, and won't start using because all of a sudden you can buy it in a store somewhere.

I fit into one of those categories. Problem with the nay sayers when it comes to this issue is they are too ignorant and wrapped up in out dated cliches and stereotypes. To me it's not about tax dollars, gang growers ect but about giving responsable adults the choice to consume a product that is less harmfull than other legal substances. Also the savings in investigating and prosecuting the average Joe who does choose to smoke would more than justify the legalization.

Personally I think its a stupid question, which could be due to the very black and white stance I have on the subject.
To me this sounds just like. Why don't you rape or take part in robberies or overspeed and like I responded earlier my answer is the exact same reasons why I don't do crack. Even if it was made legal the world over, I still wouldn't.
And you comparision to a cell phone isn't correct. How many people would get their knickers in a very serious twist if a tobbaco company made surveys like this to promot, make smoking cigarettes more attractive and to entice non smokers ?
Also agree with the statment made by FOG was it. All this is just so potheads can smoke pot legally.
