Isn't it obvious? He's a young black male who identifies with the rapper image. He's therefore a lost cause and will undoubtedly become a gun-toting, cap-busting drug dealer. There's absolutely no chance he'll grow up and abandon that image. He's clearly as guilty as the guy who shot him. Why all the fuss?

No but its 1 am this kid should be in bed but he's at a party where shooting takes place and people on his side of the party return fire at the killers. Stray bullet my ass. It was intended for someone at the party.

I don’t think I can remember going to a party with my parents where some of the people were packing?

A rap sheet that starts with petty theft when he's 12, and just gets longer and longer with posession, then dealing, then assault, then assault with a deadly weapon. Of course he never sees the inside of a jail 'cause he's a minor and his records are sealed when he's 18 but by that time he's a hardened criminal, deals drugs full time out of a Cadillac SUV with spinners, and then becomes just like the guy who mercifully put a stop to the whole train wreck before it could begin.

No offence to whomever may take offence at this, but I live in a city where I see kids like this all the time. And make no mistake, these kids are dangerous. Just because you may not have kids like this in your town or your neighborhood doesn't mean I'm prejudiced or ignorant because I'm making a conclusion by looking at a picture.
If this kid is committed to the image of a thug then he most likely carries this image into his personal behavior.
Which is precisely how he ended up dead.
He was out late at night, partying with gang members who were then targeted by a rival gang and this kid got shot.
This kind of thing happens all the time in California in any city where there's a concentration of gang bangers.
And every gang banger was once a little kid who wanted to BE a gang banger.
Sorry, I have little sympathy for this kid because he was a lost cause the moment he wanted to be a thug.
Now the thing I'd like to see happen is to see is his parents up on charges for willful neglect in letting an 11 year-old child associate with gang members at 1am at night.

Maybe. The gangs typically recruit kids to run drugs because the kids won't face the more severe criminal charges that adults will if they get caught.

No I’m equating his looks to the environment that his parent”s” deem acceptable for a child of his age to be around. Fuck what is the matter with people?

WTF is the matter with you people. He was a 11 year old CHILD. You are dictating the course of his life, you are seeing into his future based on what he is wearing and sitting on a fence. He's not a political statement, he was a child that is DEAD at 11. He was not some hardened convict wrap your head around what you are saying here. We as Canadians are going to say it's ok this child is dead because of the misfortune of the circumstances in which he was raised. Good Riddence thats just to sick for words. How dare you.
