And what term do you use to describe year after year after year of foot dragging by the Government and the courts? Civilized people (to use your own word) seek a quick resolution to a legal issue before it simmers.

I expect the Five Nations to pay compensation if they lose their case. And the government loses, I expect it to return their property to the Five Nations (or pay a compensation) and compensate other parties affected by what happened in Caledonia. I expect the authors of acts of vandalism and violence to pay, both with prison terms and with money.

With all the foot dragging, none of it will happen soon.
