If any country proves that a well armed public with access to plenty of firearms does not protect from tyranny but rather leads to it that country is Mexico.
In fact, Mexico is just another example in the global community proving what BS it is to claim that a heavily armed population is safeguard against tyranny when in fact the reverse is true and a heavily armed population is really the gateway to tyranny, particularly in the modern era.
The USA is being led down a dangerous path by all the angry white old men and their gun fanaticism. The truest protection against government tyranny is an impartial judiciary, a free press and the right to securely cast a ballot in a free & fair election.

The patriots and libertarians in the United States aren't well known for having any respect for the federal system and basic belief in law & order that was responsible for their country becoming a mostly successful and stable society. They've bought full-time into some bullshit myth that only might makes right and a "do what I say or else" attitude by someone with a gun pointing it at everyone else is something to be proud of. Not too sure anymore if there's much success to be had in trying to reason with anyone who believes in that sort of fairy tale. Myths and embedded lies are damn hard things to fight and root out.

Don't ever carry a firearm inside a US Airport unless you are authorized and security clears you. As for guns in PS Schools check TX, they have it right. Political Rallies is a Freedom of Speech and assembly be it armed or unarmed. Local LE's determine if there is a threat to warrant check ya rod. Disney like Six Flags is Private company and thus they have there own rules which local LE's can enforce. Public Parks depends on State and Local Law.
Then why are so many Americans trying to bring their guns into Canada, when visiting. They
also deserve to be fined and confined, and then kicked out of the country permanently. The
same goes for any immigrant who tries to use their customs to circumvent our laws.
