I have no doubt that he's in Europe.

But the conflicting claims of his being in Finland while his ISP is undeniably Swedish is...weird.

Coupled with the very unusual latency as compared to other Swedish IP addresses I'm left to wonder if he's connecting via Sweden from (perhaps) a troll farm.
