You may be Finnish but your computer's IP address is undeniably Swedish. Are you using a VPN? If so that could help to explain the issue.

Perhaps. He's got a shitload of latency between his computer and CKA...somewhere north of 400ms everytime I run a traceroute.

If he's in Europe that's unsurprising. Once I hit telia.net nodes I jumped up to 120 + per hop.
