Oregon, just after the rain, then Montana.
Have been to South Carolina many times to play golf (Myrtle Beach). The beaches are ok but the rest is boring.
Hard to say... hmmm Florida or New York maybe.
Although.. Utah and the canyons is pretty cool.
I have been to these states:
Washington
Oregon
California
Idaho
Nevada
Utah
Arizona
Montana
Tennessee
Pennslyvania
New York
Florida
Texas.
I've been to:
NY, WI, MN, FL, PA, MI, OH, WV
I know I have a lot more to see but I would have to put my money on WV and PA.
I've been to in no particular order:
ME, NH, VT, MA, DE, VA, MD, CT, NY, NJ, PA, OH, SC, GA, MT, TN, KT, and while not a state, DC
so far I don't really have a favorite state, especially since I visited many of them a long time ago.
As far as cities go, I'm personally split between boston and new york city.
One state I'd "like" to visit is Vermont.... Why you ask, (he said knowingly) well, because they have some of the most "liberal" gun laws in North America and one of the lowest crime rates to boot...... Well also, because I've heard it's beautiful there as well... I just love hills and trees for some reason...
A lot of states have breathtaking scenery but my experiences there have been tempered by run-ins with ignorant hicks. Loved NYCity but might as well be in the GTA. I'll agree with Virginia - clean, beautiful and dripping with class.
Bernie Sanders, well nothing is perfect.
