They love animals, but plants are living things too, why don't they please stop eating those poor innocent defenseless plants?

I'm a member of PETA, the WSPA and my local SPCA.
I'm a vegetarian and will not use animal products of any kind - including wearing leather. I will not use products that have been tested on animals. This is my choice - I will not force my beliefs on any others, however I take exception to people thinking the abuse of other living things is funny.
You are aware that leather (cowhide, calfskin) comes from animals that die of natural causes, is not eaten by coyotes wolfs cougars or other carnavours and hardens into a rawhide which would take years to decompose if it wasn't skined fresh and tanned.

To me there is no difference between a dog, a cow, a deer, a person or a fish - I won't eat anything that has eyes - except a potato........
Eat pasta instead it dosen't have eyes.

I get my protein from nuts and soy. Boca products actually have more protein than meat. Some people will try to tell me I'm not healthy, but I just had bloodwork done and everything is in perfect order. I will eat eggs, as long as they are from free run hens, and I will eat some cheese, preferably organic, because a lot of cheese manufacturers use rennet (the lining from a calf's stomach) to aid in the process. As long as the animal is not killed or hurt in the process I have no problem with them being used for the products they can give us.
Pasta has lots of protien. Eat Pasta.
BTW
eggs are baby chickens, chees is made using the contents of a baby calf's stomach ( might as well eat the veal while your at it) especially if it's organic cheese.
Watch "Penn & Tellers BULLSHIT!" For a good review on PETA and many many other conspiricy theory type of stuff, or just things groups or people think. They debunk a lot of stuff. Great little show, on Showtime I believe, or download it. Its a great watch. Loved the religion one as well
They make for great programming.
Oh and cheese is MADE from baby cows stomachs? Like it HAS to be made with it? I havent heard this before. Sounds gross
But cheese is good, so I guess its all good

Does a bolt in the head qualify as a "natural cause of death?"
Naturally, a cow dies when shot in the head....
It's also very natural for a chicken to die when its neck is broken...
If you take care of the animals...you must also take care of the vegetables.
cos...the quickest way to catch a rabbit, is to hide behind a bush and make a noise like a carrot.
Interesting that PeTA owns KFC stock too! I hear that MCB was dating a girl from PeTA once, until he found out she wouldn't eat pork

I read some where is is actually, scientifically wrong to be vegetarian. We were created to eat without a lot of the necesseties we have now, one includes washing food. If we were to not wash food and eat it, the dirt on the food would detroy our enamel and completely fuck us over. Our teeth would rot to shit. I don't know if this is right, but doesn't matter to me, cause I like my burgers ![Drool [drool]](./images/smilies/droolies.GIF)
A vegan diet is about as normal for humans as a completely carnivorous one. While we eat more meat than we should, our evolution as a species was impacted by our omnivorous diet. Consumption of fat and cholesterol saturated foods played a direct role in the development of our brain. Chimpanzees, our closest relatives are also omnivores, although a large portion of their diet consists of fruit and vegetable matter. Besides, what is more appetizing to most people, this:
or this:
I can guarantee that if you serve the latter to a date you'll have more chances of procreating or having the opportunity of practicing procreation than if you served the vegan crap (unless your significant other has hooves).
Actually, a lot of vegetarian food is great.... they make it really really good, so that you forget you're only eating half a meal.
I love going to a vegetarian restaurant, but I'll eat some steak or porkchops beforehand, because I'd starve my ass off otherwise.

I had a veggie burger once...It wasn't all that bad. Beef is still better though
