I don't see a jolly jumper anywhere on those lists
Those are cool. With a little tinkering you can allow the kids to get some real height.
and develop the concept of hang time
What is a jolly jumper?
I have never seen them before. I don't think they are sold in Europe.
Sears has two nice models:
1 - JJ1
2 -JJ2
The second one is the best; it takes less space and it hangs to the door frame.
A good alternative to a stroller is a carrier back pack. From six to twenty months our son probably spent more time in the backpack than he did in the stroller.
We used this one.
As far as strollers go I’d suggest going with a good lightweight model; one with all the functionality of the big strollers but still folds up nice and small like an umbrella stroller.
I finally took all those FRIGGING CHILD LOCKS off the kitchen cabinet doors!
Child carrier back packs are fun. There's a warning about that though. They say a child should not be put "too long" in it due to the child's physical development. As said, shopping is ok but not for long hike or walk on the mountains. Get a light one.
I just got home from the midwife appt, everything is fine. Got to hear the heartbeat, it was 156 a minute. She says the baby was right next to a major vein so it was listening to everything going on My blood pressure and everything is spot on.
I start my antenatal classes on the 22 November, and go back to see her in 5 weeks time, and after that it will be every two weeks until the baby arrives.
I feel very happy
I'll check on the European leglislations regarding the "jolly jumpers". I've seen them here for doorways, but I don't think our doorways are thick enough for the clamp.
I am excited about the exersaucer though lol
