They don't go all the way like a shot. It is a mm in or something
You might wanna go in a shop, and ask the tattoo artist to tattoo you with only the needle, without ink, so you know how it feels.
yeah but I'm a pussy
is this some kind of racist thread? I read words like; white, skin, black, fade, painful, skinned, hurt, skin colour etc .... hehehehe
The inside of the wrist is painful....but I found breathing exercises and some relaxing time before getting ink helps.....I lied on my face for four hours for the piece on my back and have another four to go and it really wasnt that bad....but my wrist, that hurt....once adrenaline kicks in it isnt so bad. I actually like the feeling sometimes its kinda a cool feeling....but thats me.
Being scared of needles is definitely more in your head than how it actually feels. I'm sure once he/she starts, your fear will lessen.
Here's a site I found with some info: White Ink Tattoos
Lindsay's tat:
And a few other white tats:
A friend got a white ink tattoo. It looks ok.... She had her name tattooed in script on her wrist just like Lindsay Lohan. i laughed at all my jokes about needed her name somewhere where see could be reminded of it... especially when she was drunk.
She is pretty squirmy about needles and pain and she said it did not hurt at all.
god! it looks like i am the only one here, who has no tatoos and doesn't want any ever! lol
-> newfette: none of my business, but maybe instead of tormenting yourself over the choice "to be or not to be like Lindsey" you should finally say to yourself you're not a pussy, neither you're a chicken, and that this does not depend on whether you have any ink under your skin or not?
The whole fading thing really all depends on the tattoo studio. You need a good artist and they need to be able to distract you with chit-chat, while doing a good job. And they also need good ink.
I got my tat just over 7 years ago at Merchant Marie's in Dartmouth, and it's still pretty good, even the little bit of white. And I had it exposed to the sun ALOT in that 7 years.
All you can do is go for it! Ask around in your area and see who people think is good.
