Have any of you lived amongst the Native Canadians of the land in Canada?
I am curious since you know so much about them.
I lived and worked in an Aboriginal (Metis) community for thirty years! Does that count?

Where the hell is Caledonia?
I live in New Caledonia and wondered what the hell was so good about the old one.
Obviously nothing, since we gave up the name to France for an island!
This whole area where I live is damn near 50% native. So we pay attention to them.
Don't be so hostile ppl! An American's asking. They killed 'em all off so bad they have to import native actors from us to even make a movie these days. How are they supposed to learn anything?
