One of the guy's I worked with 4 years ago asked if I would come and run grader and excavator and cat on a project at a pen.

Let me guess, a court ruling declared prisoners have a reasonable right to escape so you got the tunnel contract?

Incorrect, it's a month in jail... it has to be MUCH MUCH worse than that to be sent a month in jail by the Canadian Justice system. I mean, Hell's Angels commit the worst things ever and they get away scot free. He must have robbed, stabbed a couple of old ladies. Strangled there dogs, killed a cop and took a dump on Stephan Harpers lawn.
