See where I'm going with this? On a plane that's about to crash? Whip it out, pretend it's a wing and flap that fucker good! Get pulled over for a speeding ticket? i am not sure that an action could be considered moral or not based on whether or not it injured someone. You seem to be stuck on this word "victim". i do hope that your interpretation of sexuality does not strictly include words that assume crime or abuse or deviant behaviour because then i would have to say that the only victim is you.

i seem to be doing a very horrible time trying to get my point across and band i take full responsibility for that..but i equate morality with what harm it does...i suppose there are passages in the bible that can be interpreted as some kind of prohibition against masturbation (something like you shall not spill your seed..i'm too lazy to go and look it up)but sticking directly to the question on this topic..i dont consider masturbation immoral..and i didnt even use the "v" word
