I attended a Christian university to obtain my degree and we had to sign a code of conduct. If you infringed on that code of conduct serious actions could happen. You know that when you sign into that university. If you don't wish to have codes of conduct cloud your fantasy and illusion of attending university then go to a state university or a larger more liberal University (USC berkley for instance). Go to a school where drinking is accepted, Pot and other drugs are available everywhere and where you could attend classes naked if you really wanted to and no one would really care.

Wow, all this for me?

I understand there are rules, but I don't understand why these rules should be still enforced when school is not involved at all. You know, when I get off the campus, all the rules from school should be off me so I can booze, smoke, fuck, and bababa without having to worry about getting kicked out of school for something I do in my private life!

And what makes you think I think drinking, smoking pot, and going to class naked are acceptable on campus? I don't think I have gave my thoughts on that subject here for everyone to see.

Your use of the passive voice indicates that you just don't understand the situation.

The school CHOOSES to enforce the rules by which the students agreed to be bound. That is THEIR judgment call. The agreement exists for a very good reason: they want to reserve the right to remove students with questionable morals from their community.

The agreement says nothing about when any rules "should be" enforced.

Great, then don't sign a legal binding contract that lets a school expel you for that behavior. Go attend Bezerkley instead. You won't be missed.

It's that simple.

Obviously you're no mind reader for sure, since I do understand the situation.

Erm, no need to go to Berkley, I'm already attending Université de Montréal.

I just simply believe that it's none of the school's (public or private) business to expell a student for doing something not involved on school grounds or school sponsored events.

or people who think about sex all the time.

Depending on if you're using hyperbole thats pretty common...

There's a university where they aren't? I'm sure there are quite a few entrepreneurs who would like to know and find said university.

That also includes hetero-pre-marital sex. Why didn't you mention that? ;)

What a dull university... my god... It sounds like the administration really needs to toke up and get laid for once in their god-awful lives.

Well the schools pride themselves on Christian values, so no surprises there......
