So if I'm understanding this correctly, only Donald Trump can save America from Donald Trump.

Crenshaw and Gabbard are basically at odds over every major issue. This makes literally no sense.
Perhaps you need help with definition of the word "unity"?
Hasn't been a unity ticket since 1864.

https://www.facebook.com/groups/unity2020They disagree on a fundamental level on pretty much everything. That won't result in unity. One is a progressive, one is a regressive. The reason it worked with Lincoln is they had similar goals, and ran on a platform they both agreed on, namely abolishing slavery and building the transcontinental railroad and winning the war.
What shared interest do Crenshaw and Gabbard have?

Which is great, but those aren't policy. That's mind set. Also, Crenshaw doesn't support evidenced based decision making considering his stance on climate change, health care, the coronavirus, and I'm sure a number of other things. You can't have evidence based decision making when you ignore the evidence of a problem.
