The patient seems to be informed that they will be donating fetus parts. And crushing the head would seem to kill the fetus as effectively as crushing the thorax. According to the link FD provided, PP is not selling organs, and police that investigated one center said nothing illegal was done.
What I'd like to know is the age of these fetuses? In Canada to get an abortion past 20 weeks requires some very exigent circumstances. So what age are these fetuses whose parts are donated? There should be limits on what age someone can abort on demand.

No, she's talking about what the cost recovery to PP is - ie is the recipient picking up the organs, etc. $30 doesn't seem like much of a profit it that's what they are going for.

Based on what I'm hearing a decapitated baby would go for around $300.00
That's significant in the clinics that perform as many as 50 abortions on a surgery day.

The other thing that has come up because of this video is that the doctor admits to using the illegal partial-birth method of delivering a baby breech and then sucking out its brains in order to deliver an intact body.

Funny thing. On this forum right now I'm saying that a video of an abortion doctor discussing her crimes is proof of a crime. On another forum I'm saying that the video evidence of police choking a man to death is proof of the police choking a man to death.
In both cases I'm arguing with people who refuse to believe what they see.
Interesting how bias can cause blindness regardless of a person's particular politics.

But that's just it...it's not a video of her discussing a crime. You've just made your own facts to "fill in the blanks" and make it soudn liek a crime.
FACT: Medical facilities, including abortion clinics (whether they are Planned Parenthood or not) legally provide donated tissue and organs to research facilities all the time.
FACT: Nothing on the tape suggests that this is anything different.
I know you guys desperately want it to be but the evidence is there.
