Did you know that you're the one bringing religion into this conversation not me. But sense you want to deal with Judaic Law please show me from the Bible where it says that. I know you can not so don't try, you are talking about the laws that have grown from the bible. You know that book you mock and ridicule Bart, myself and others about. These laws you bring up are what has grown over time something we call precedents (sp?) another thing you mocked in other threads when it came to Bart saying that such and such a ruling will set precedents for other case ruling.
So how is it that when we show our faith and what the bible says, we show how a new law can be used to create horrible precedents you mock us and our faith. Yet now we are supposed to take you seriously when you use it. That is truly hypocritical of you.
These Laws are in the Jewish Holy books that are not part of the Old Testament. That said, show me in the Bible where it states Life begins at Conception. I can save you some time and simply state that it doesn't. The closest thing to it would be Jeremiah 1:5, but that doesn't speak on the subject at all. Especially considering that this god is alleged to be Timeless and All Knowing.
Why am I bringing Religion into it? Isn't it obvious, it's because this issue is almost entirely a Religious issue. The most vehement and first to simply call Abortion "Murder" are almost always Religious.
How is me making a Religious argument "hypocritical"?

I used to like to go to churches every once in awhile before the Progressives took them over.
But I don't think of myself as being overly religious and I don't think religion is required to be against what's happening here.
This concerns what the pro-lifers are calling partial birth abortion which deals with what Wikipedia calls "live fetuses" and what I would call "babies".
They're talking late term abortions. The baby, or fetus if you prefer, has a heart, a brain, and a liver.
We know this, because Doctor Nuttytola, or whatever her name is, tells us those organs are the juicy bits, most sought by buyers.
They're talking about babies. I don't care what the bible says. You don't have to be religious to be against butchering babies.

Anyone using dead baby parts for stem cell research these days is a moron. Patients can be their own stem cell donor. In fact anyone can be a stem cell donor.

Yeah, no kidding. That includes about 99.5% of Christians. I mean it's truly astounding how many American Christian fundies I've run across who seriously believe God's native tongue is English.
And let's face it, if there really is a "Christian" God, then he's one major asshole.
He creates mankind but makes us fallible. He gives us a beautiful "garden" to live in with everything we could possibly need, but sticks a tree in it and says" Don't touch that. In fact just stay away from it altogether." He lets Satan in to tempt us and when we give in to it, he gets pissed off and kicks us out.
So he created us to fail him. Set us up to fail him. Admonishes us for failing him and then makes up a bunch of stupid rules to regain his favour. All of this while he tells his "chosen ones" to slaughter people by the thousands in his name.
Hmmm, I take back calling him an asshole, he's a friggin' socio-path.

Yes, I know. But there are still hundreds, if not thousands, of late term abortions of babies that could be born and survive at the time they were aborted. But your type pretends they are still just an unrecognizable lump of flesh.
