The car theft award will clearly have to go to Regina, the city with the highest crime rate per capita in Canada and maybe North America. I dont want to be racist but its true, alot of the problem is the natives in the inner city.

Was so nice in vancouver today, went for a rollorblade along english bay and the seawall. So nice so many people out, and so many hotties!
