Problem seems to have fixed itself? The "application pool" for this site is set to refresh itself every 180 minutes, so that often clears things up.
But I just logged into the server to see something shocking, seems the server crashed, but restarted itself. This is the first time since having this server the system has crashed.
Looks like I have some investigating to do.

It's still going on, you have to hit refresh a lot to get a page to load. All that refreshing is likely causing more stress on the server.

arg this is annoying, I hanv't touched anything. Things just seem to break every 6 months like this. I am going to try re-installing the newest version of PHP and flush some caches out. So the site might go down for 10 minutes in a bit.

arg.. having major issues today with the webserver. something weird and i've never seen happened. A couple of the site config files were garbled text.. i have to clue how that could happen, its scary.
