U2 Vertigo Concert Review

I just got back from the U2 Vertigo Concert in Vancouver, WOW! it was awesome! They really live up to the title best band on the planet.

I also think they are the best live act around, they are just amazing live, true performers. And U2 crowds REALLY get into it, singing along to everything, standing the whole concert.

Bono had lots of nice things to say about Vancouver, and the previous day they did a surprise video shoot in Vancouver! So Vancouver will probably be in the City of Blinding Lights Music video.

ALSO during the concert bono announced that the concert was being filmed! So Vancouver will most likely be the city used for the Vertigo DVD.

Bono also pushed for support to stop poverty (http://www.one.org/). They played a couple powerful songs dedicated to this and he had some touching words. He also spoke to the audience to call Paul Martin to make sure he lives up to the commitment he made last year, Bono was disappointed he hadn't yet but was hopeful he would still. They also displayed and had a child reading out the UN Human Rights Act's (I think that�s what they were, if someone can confirm and post them that would be kewl).

U2 is my favourite band because they always play well live and they are never too tired out by the music to make the real statements they have already been making.

Its too bad that it is almost impossible to get tickets to there concerts.
I read somewhere that it sold out in something like 90 seconds.

Which songs did they play ?

which i think Bono wrote about his father.
