I'd would LOVE to absolutely LOVE to go to New Orleans. Mardi Gras or not.

Although I've also read that crime (murder) there is the highest in the entire country. But still......to dream......one day......

Rev_Blair @ Wed Dec 31, 2003 6:00 pm

Ah, John Belushi...another great thing about the US. I just got another carton of Marlboros, and a bottle of Cuervo...really good friends send you things that might kill you. 8)

Rev_Blair @ Wed Dec 31, 2003 6:04 pm

Oh, and I forgot to mention...leftist red-necked libertarian cowboys from Montana that send you Cuervo and Marlboros in the mail and weird e-mails about how George fucks sheep, not pigs because pigs are too smart for him. :D

If the U.S.A. was a automoble.

It would be a 04' Hummer
**with 24 inch rims
**with an AMG kit
**with run flat tires
**with the hide-a-way plate
**with a Bose audio system
**with ten 18 inch speakers
**with a navigation system
**with a platinum grill
**with a platinum trim
**with a mirror tint
**with a 20 inch sub in the trunk
**with 2 naked Asain women in the back

Canada would be a 1984 Ford Ranger

**with 3 long cracks in the windsheild
**with a large cloud of black smoke coming out the tail pipe.
**with plastic on the back window
**with a record player in it
**with rust spots all over the car
**plus you have to start the car by opening the hood

Getting 2 miles per gallon and stomping the enviornment flat with it's run flat tires. Pissing off all the other motorists with it's loud obnoxiouse stereo and exhaust. The whole thing would only be 25% paid for by the way.

No, Canada wouldn't be any sort of SUV at all (this was not a very well thought out post Killah). It would likely be a small hybrid getting 50+ miles to the gallon. It would not have a large stereo or loud exhaust so as not to offend anyone. It wouldn't have airbags ar safety crumple zones, it could rely on it's road manners and the respect of other motorists to keep it safe. Oh and yes, it would be paid for.

Killah the idea is to keep it civil.
I assume by this statement you were trying to say that the states is stronger.
thats fine. but you did forget one thing. a Hummer is bigger than a Ford Ranger. Canada is defiantely bigger than the states.

AND, we are on top. Besides alot of american vechicles wont work well in Canada because its too cold. Just make sure you put a block heater on the puppy before you bring it up. :)

Kills me to admit this, being an American, but...if Canada's military is any example, they'll go farther, do more and accomplish more with that old piece of shit Ranger than we'll do with all of our bells and whistles Killah. I stand in awe of Canadian troops...they have old equipment, a public which in general thinks they are unnecessary, little support, and still they do the things they do. I've served with them...I know. Doing a lot to win friends eh Killah? You need to learn...in spite of what you said earlier.

I was just joking. Like someone said Canada will prolly be a Hybird car giving good gas mileage.

It's like this.

The average house hold has 2 cars? One car for going to and from work (the hybird with it good gas mileage) and one car for showing off (the Hummer).

America is like a big Powerful SUV. It's strong and can go anywhere.

Canada is like the hybird car. Good for the enviroment and good on gas.

NorthAmerica needs both. Both countries have thier role.

The FORD Ranger thing was a joke

Evan @ Fri Jan 02, 2004 4:05 pm

We agree on that Wingnut1.

I think that the Canadian public need to wake up. Hell if you guys can be hit like you where we sure as hell can. We need to beef up our military and start taking pride in being in NATO!! Americans are not the only ones in North America and we need to wake up and start doing our part as far as military goes. Our forces are a sad 55, 000. down from over 100,000 in WWII. Sad state of affairs.

Twila...a fellow Disney freak? I go down to WDW at least once a year...sometimes twice. It's something you'll never outgrow...if you are lucky. It's a place where you can check reality at the gate and not deal with it again until it's time to go home.

Kinda like a Republican Convention, Wingnut?
