Thoughts?
I live in the US right now, if Canada were to become the next state, I'd move to Australia. Very different way of thinking down here and I am very proud to be a farm boy from Saskatchewan. You can take this 'one nation' idea and shove it.
First thing I noticed was the American flag on the site. A united North America would really just be an enlarged United States. That brings up the question, "If they annex us, will those of us not allowed in their country be deported?"
The truth is that Canada and the US are very different places, especially politically. Most Canadians do not want to be Americans because of those differences. Canadians that want to be Americans should pack up and move. Same with Americans that want to be Canadians.
If the US ever does annex Canada, I'll be sharing a boat with Robair. I suspect a lot of others will too.
Increase in raw resources available (eg water, natural gas, electricity, aluminum), and thus reduce costs for the average consumer
yup would be good for us to join them huh??? BS.. What dock yard are we gonna meet at boys???
Not in my lifetime.....
We're gonna need a bigger boat, boys.
Leave? I think not. I was born here and God willing I'll die here.
My response...

I'm a Reverend, Pole...watch what you wish for, there's been a lot of lightning lately.
Thanks for the warning I'll keep that in mind.
God Bless America.
If you racists made those comments against Jews, Muslims, or Gay/Lesbians, you'd be arrested. Funny how its ok for our elected representatives to piss on the greatest nation on earth, yet when the crunch comes, the good old U.S.A. is there for us, without question. Fucking "badassbookie" calls me a "wannabe Yankee"! To correct the idiot, actually, I have an American wife, two American children, & a divorce coming up shortly with that American wife, ahh fuck this shit, I'll PM RH.
After the US invaded us in 1812; and conducted chemical, biological, and halucinogenic experiments on Canadians without their (or even the governments) knowledge during the '50s through the '80s, I think we have the right to dislike the US.
Doesn't sounds like a united north america at all. Its the absorbsion of Canada into the United States under the guise of partnership.
Save a seat on the boat for me folks. I'll need a place to go once I run out of bullets trying to repel to invasion.
