I am on Firefox 2.0 and after posting I get->

That was happening the other day too and I sent Trev a PM on it.... he said he was playin with the code and that it would be back to normal soon.

that message happens when there is a problem connecting to the mail server. After you make a post it sends a que to the mail server to send the notification emails.
Email server is up so not sure why that was happening, I guess the connection between the site and the mail server went down or was overloaded.
I havn't gotten that message today at all. let me know if it keeps happening.

Funny you should mention that because last night I tried to post something and got a message saying my e-mail was sent.

Anyone else notice the forum being really slow right now and parts of this weekend? No debug errors,just slow loading pages.

Not here - takin less than 2 seconds to load.
Seems like an on and off thing,some are 2 seconds and some are this.
Script generation time: 6.5908s (PHP: 22% - SQL: 78%) ] - [ SQL queries: 146 ] and I've had the odd blank white page.Seems not bad now.

Ya,still getting some slow load times and even have some other sites open so I know my connection is ok because I have been timing the load times on them.

has this been an ongoing thing for you or just this weekend?
The server has been under high stress, and im looking at getting another server sometime in the next month or so which should increase the speed of the site and allow for more breathing room.

On and off the last week but seemed to get progressively worse with time,then sometimes its ok. I'm also housebound so probably spend more time on here right now then most so I see the patterns.
I know when I see a double post that it was a slowdown that caused it.Thats why I only hit post once because I know if it hangs or you hit refresh it will just keep doing double posts.
If you say the server is busy then that explains a lot.
Thats a good thing if it's busy.

Holy cow batman... Didn't you just got this one less than a year ago????? How much is that gonna cost you. On my wife's board, each member gave $2 thru Google pay (or something like that) to have their site commercial free. Could you be looking at something similar???
