Thank you for that response admin. I was about to ask if he was an agent provocateur.

It's easy for people to attack me, kick someone when they are down, even after I have worked very hard to be a good human being. I have done plenty of volunteer work and have shown nothing but support for those good and honest men and women in uniform, whether police or soldiers, even CSIS who I admired before I learned of my circumstance. I am finding it extremely difficult obtaining accountability; basic principles of "rule of law" in the same country I was born and was willing to risk my life for as a student in university.

Actually that is a large piece of the puzzle. A minor can't be charged as an adult and therefore has no adult record. Can't even have their name released if they've been found guilty. Your story is odd and I think there's more to it.

There are a few exceptions under the YJA, but for the most part you are absolutly right Regina. The YJA is based largly restoritive justice, like alternative mesures.

I smelled bullshit almost immediatley, it really does remind me of "Gangstalking" like 2Cdo pointed out.

I have never had a criminal record and was never charged. The judge threw out the charges as being without merit and information obtained illegally.

What is odd is your concern with my story rather than simply answering the question about Asylum options that might be available to Canadians. Why would concern yourself with trying to discredit my story? Either you have information about such asylum options, or you don't.

I tried to contact Citizenship and Immigration Canada but the number was for those seeking to get citizenship here. If someone were able to find an email address for them that would be a great start and much appreciated.

It's odd that you being a shit head when 17 years old followed you.

I think the whole story is odd. It would be a trivial thing to go to the Comissionarres and get a records check done on yourself, and see what pops up. If a person has never been convicted of a crime, this is all that can be checked by private companies and would show on such a background check. Anything else would be a matter for intellegence agents, and I don't see an RCMP member being able to 'watchlist' anyone without a reasonable amount of evidence.

But if this person feels persecuted, then by all means they have the right to go somewhere they feel they won't be. Deepest Darkest Africa seems a good spot.

The Comissionarres office is a good start. I did contact the RCMP about such a check but was told the request needed to come from the company doing a background check and not from me. Maybe this is a different process.

The point is, that I KNOW I have no criminal record, so as much as this might help me it would only provide the same information I know exists. Now if CSIS freely offered such information regarding dossier information that would assist greatly.

Frankly I just think your insane. First your talking about Asylum in another country because of a few (if your stories true) bad cops and thinking somehow that adds up to some massive conspiracy to make you a secondary citizen.

No concept of scale or scope of any kind. It doesn't make you a bad person just ignorant and unwise.

My advise is just to put in on the shelf and forget about it. If the US decides not to let you in it could be more a million reasons. Hell I've heard of people not being allowed to cross the border simply because they share the same name as someone on a watchlist. You don't have some inherent right to enter the US. That's not how border crossing works. They can simply decide you look too sketchy and turn you away.

They didn't deny me entry, but they took our passports and made us wait while they contacted the Canadian government about the flag in the system. They then provided me a redacted file, protecting the name of the "enforcement agency" in Canada that provided the concern for them at the border. Quite frankly I get the feeling the U.S border guards didn't appreciate the b.s that our agencies were putting them through and we were told that they didn't have a problem with us but to contact our government. All of this is explained in the original link and reconveyed here...

Your advice isn't actually advice at all. Especially considering I tried this path years ago. I am in contact with the DHS to help clear up the mess that CSIS and the RCMP created. Barring all avenues, of course I will be seeking asylum, what would you do if all that I have stated occurred against you?

Your physician really needs to reevaluate your meds, and increase your clozapine dosage.

Try the Russian Embasy I hear they have a lovely legal system there. You might also want to try China or Cuba.

Frankly your an idiot. You're coming to a Canadian web site that is very pro Canada wanting information on how to flee Canada. IMO that's equal to walking into a police station and attempting to rob it.

I am pro Canadian too. You think just because you don't like to hear uncomfortable facts that it didn't happen? Canada is not without faults, and I would argue if you don't address these faults than it only becomes worse. What is there left to be proud of if the nation doesn't address the bad apples in their security apparatus?

Shocked, I am shocked you returned for another day. Let me be plain, you have mental problems, get your doctor to up your amitriptyline dosage, and that bad conspiracy and those evil men will go away.

If any of this was happening to you for real and your were not a total fucking loon, you wold have gone to the media and blown the lid off of a huge conspiracy. But your a loon so that won't work.

That is a contradiction. If you're never charged, there wouldn't be a charge to throw out.

You may not understand the immigration vs asylum process.

The CIC is not there for people who want to leave the country. They are there (and that is debatable..) for people who want to move to Canada.

You could try to file for asylum in each and every country Snowden has tried. Canada is not going to help you seek asylum anywhere.

FYI, CIC does not HAVE an email address for the public to use. Not even when you apply for the various visas.

As we pointed out, you'd have to go to a country like Iran. It'll be perfect you!

We all need to reflect upon the glaring truth that we're trying to argue with someone who is batshit insane.

I don't think you know shit from putty and you'll have to go a long way to prove me otherwise. If a judge "threw" out the charges, then you were charged and found not guilty. So dummy..........that means you were charged.
Your drama queen story of how the US customs "took" your passports is a load of steaming BS. They were using them to confirm your identity until done with them. After they are done with them they hand them back. Happened to my wife and I before she got a Canadian passport. They take both passports, then she would go in an get a Visa waiver for her UK passport. She paid the $6 and they gave her our passports and she would suddenly reappear back in the car.
If you were serious about living elsewhere you would simply pick a country, contact them and apply to move there. Why you would contact the Canadian government to see where you can live is just a load of drama. Start a Blog if you want to whine.

You sure it was really her? Sounds to me like it was the perfect opportunity for ZOG to replace her with a reptiloid or Borg-fembot. Your real wife is now in chains and slaving away in their underground sugar-mines on Jupiter. 8O Image
