Any topic about the military is welcome... EXCEPT any kind of bashing what so ever.. LEts keep this to topics and hopefully get some vets in here....
Yes, I'm an ex-grunt. My brother-in-law is right now en-route to the floundering sub being towed back to port as a part of the replacement crew. They had 8 meter seas to contend with and a senseless loss.
I am an Instructor for 404 Sqn in Greenwood, NS
My heart is with those sub-mariners in Scotland. Are those two in the hospital, out of the woods yet???

Have completed 21yrs or service and still going strong. Love the valley and hope to one day retire here. Feel free to chat or send me an email.
Paratrooper here from 3 RCR.
I'm just in cadets now but I've picked up my forms for the CF and once I get in shape I'm applying as a recce in the Fort Garry Horse armoured reserve so assuming I don't say something dumb I'll be ok, atleast I don't need to worry about failing the CFAT.
You probably know the sister of Brian Dolph, the guy I write songs with, Gilda Dolph. She's a loadmaster and getting pretty high up there in the forces.

I'm a Private with the 2nd Battalion, Irish Regiment of Canada.
