Yup. But they moved them into storage and all of them had been allocated to museums and naval reserve divisions as "ornaments". The MCDVs weren't going to be fitted with a gun larger than a 50 cal, but after a lot of whining from a few uninformed quarters it was decided to mount the 40 mils.
Since all I know is air planes...

It IS a River Class frigate, but now comes the interesting part: Which navy?
It is not a Canadian or British River Class. Note the two 4 inch gun mounts forward in A and B turrets. Canadian and British River Class had only one 4 inch mount in A turret.
This might help: The hull would be a very light grey, almost white. The funnel would be buff coloured or darker grey, depending on the area of operation.
