Well to be fair........he didn't really start with that much credibility anyway......or is that kredabuilty?

smoking marijuana hasn't made my spelling any worse, in fact its alot better then it use to be, I don't give too $h!ts about my spelling on the internet, not like its gonna get marked or anything. Thing is when I was a kid I actually was a good speller, (grade 6, but then they stoped teaching it for some reason, and I never really picked up on the rest) It's not My fault, I also have a learning Disability called A.D.H.D, and if you know people with A.D.H.D, I'm pretty sure a shit load of 16 year old kids can't spell worth a shit, if ya'll wanna call me stupid just cuz I can't spell, go ahead, I betchya you can't do half the shit I can do on a computer! I work repairing computers, so saying marijuana makes you stupid... is just copying the lies and the bullshit the government trys to fill your head up with, beleave it or not, marijuana makes you smarter... if your a rat... tests prove it, problem is, as I've said before, Marijuana hasn't had enough reserch on it! And most of the reserch and studys show that marijuana in fact isn't that bad!

Here, let me give you some theorys:

People who drink alot are called Alcahalics, and tend to be violent, agressive, most have anger problems, and have alot of stress.

Marijuana calms you down, releaving stress, making you more relaxed and "mellowed out"

Drunk driving kills millions in the United States of Amarica

People that are driving well they are high/stoned, normaly are driving slower then they should be, and driving more cautios due to parinoia affects

Many people have died of alcahal posioning

It is physicly imposible to overdose on marijuana, just not posible (you must smoke your own boddy weight in one sesion, and trust me, by the time your finished a pound, you would be out cold sleeping.... and probably wake up refreshed, marijuana helps give you a good sleep for sure, anyboddy who's ever smoked it will back me up there, the night after you feal refreshed

Alcahal gives hangovers, you are likely too puke when you drink alot.

When you look at alot of the facts, its simply Marijuana is way better then alcahal, but when it comes down to it, its the persons choice weither or not to smoke marijuana, and we shouldn't be prosicuted for doing something were its already legal in some other countrys, we must have marijuana legalized!

(btw sorry about swearing at the person earlyer, all I called him if I remember was a moron, and in my opinion thats not really a bad word, or all that offencive, I was more so trying to be sarcasticle by saying that, sorry if it offended anyboddy)

One of the sharpest people I know smokes weed. She is very smart, very business minded, and successfull. Also somewhat high strung. She'll generally have a puff or two on her little bong around night time, but only really smokes up for parties.

I don't believe responsible use of the stuff affects your mental capacity any more than a few beers a week does.

However, I also have a friend who has deafinatly fried his brain. Of course, while he's always smoking pot, I'm sure he's dabled in the harder stuff more than once...

Anyway, there's a line you can cross, where it becomes harmfull. But you really have to be a reefer head, bigtime.

Anybody noticed that the Hell's Angels ( supposed kingpin's of pot sales ) have'nt been screaming for Emery's benefit or the legalization of pot?
As far as Ennema, i mean Emery, he stired the pot ( pardon the pun ) and now he's gonna get burned.
I find the arguement on the use of pot hilarious! If you use who cares! if you drink who cares! Just don't get behind the wheel, or do something that's gonna hurt someone. If your "usage" causes health problems, then i think you're on your own! No free medical help, if it means you die a slow painfull death from brain cancer or syrosis of the liver so be it, you brought it upon yourself.

CANNABIS MAY MAKE YOU A SAFER DRIVER

TAKING the high road may not be so dangerous after all. Ministers are set to be embarrassed by government-funded research which shows that driving under the influence of drugs makes motorists more cautious and has a limited impact on their risk of crashing.

In the study, conducted by the Transport Research Laboratory, grade A cannabis specially imported from America was given to 15 regular users. The doped-up drivers were then put through four weeks of tests on driving simulators to gauge reaction times and awareness.

Regular smokers were used because previous tests in America using first-timers resulted in the volunteers falling over and feeling ill. The laboratory found its guinea pigs through what it described as a "snowballing technique" - one known user was asked to find another after being promised anonymity and exemption from prosecution agreed with the Home Office.

Instead of proving that drug-taking while driving increased the risk of accidents, researchers found that the mellowing effects of cannabis made drivers more cautious and so less likely to drive dangerously.

Although the cannabis affected reaction time in regular users, its effects appear to be substantially less dangerous than fatigue or drinking. Research by the Australian Drugs Foundation found that cannabis was the only drug tested that decreased the relative risk of having an accident.

The findings will embarrass ministers at the Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions (DETR) who commissioned the study after pressure from motoring organisations and anti-drug campaigners. Lord Whitty, the transport minister, will receive the report later this month.

I don't really care about the vocabulary or the spelling, because it's the idea's that are important. What I want cleared up is the question of his defense. He wants to stir up the media and get the publicity but he does not want to go to the US? I agree that a life sentence is harsh and we've heard that's unlikely, but the upside is access to the biggest media zoo in the world.

One of the problems I've been hearing is that there is no quality assurance with illegal products (duh!) There have been busts that have shown more and more crystal meth showing up in ecstasy and even pot. I think this shows that the criminal element has moved on to more addictive drugs but are using "recreational drugs" to cast their nets to a larger, and unsuspecting audience. The net result would be soft drug users could become addicted to much harder drugs without their knowledge. That would make it a "gateway" drug.

So long as all the extradition paperwork is in order, extradite the pothead. He broke the law in both the US and in Canada, and if he didn't want extradition then he would have refrained from doing business in the states.
