Im Quebecers-haitians, born in Montreal and Michaelle Jean is not a Quebecers.

She is born in Haiti, she came to Quebec ( Thedford mine i think ) a 11yr, she live in Europe ( That's why she speak like a frenchie and she speak weirdly english ) She live in Ontario propably ( She worked for CBC ) and she recome in Quebec. So she went everywhere. BUT i agree her husband is a Quebecers.
