PQ leader Bernard Landry quits

What about that language watch dog person for Quebec? Would he/she make a good leader?
Freaker Freaker:
It seems that a lot of people strongly dislike Pauline Marois, including many separatists. She would make an excellent leader for the PQ.

It seems like a valid point. I would like to see the next PQ leader as being whomever the least likely to win the next elections

Secret exposed
I knew that all along.

Some points that were in the PQ program approved today are quite frightening:
Les délégués du Parti québécois ont adopté la stratégie référendaire du parti, stipulant qu'il tiendra un référendum le plus tôt possible dans son prochain mandat de gouvernement.
En vertu de son nouveau programme, un gouvernement péquiste engagerait des fonds publics dans la promotion de la souveraineté, renforcerait les symboles nationaux et formerait des médias souverainistes.
It seems the propagandist agenda of the PQ will intensify a lot in the next years !
Proculation Proculation:

Isn't that already being done?
The thing is that the majority of the media is already pequiste. (TVA being a fine example of that)
Also, the PQ have used public funds to promote their propaganda. (6.3 $ millions of it)
Yeah I know but integrating it directly into the offical program of the party....
Proculation Proculation:

Can someone seriously tell me that they can trust this face

Tman, This could possibly be the next PQ leader Pauline Marois.
In fact, here is another picture of her
Tman1 @ Sun Jun 05, 2005 7:03 pm
Yah right Sabre, are you sure you didnt cut and paste a picture of your Mom?
J/k
(not the cow one, the other one) What kind of person is this Pauline?>
Tman1 Tman1:
It was an actual picture of Pauline Marois.
One thing is that she left the health care system in Quebec in shambles. Mr Landry along with Pauline Marois have indebted the province of Quebec something fierce.

Yah I like their buddy buddy system

With Bernard gone a new, younger, leader can fill his place and he looks like a hero and the cause beautified. Great foreshadowing for Gilles Duceppe. Even the premier had to sing his laurels saying he was the greatest debtor he had ever crossed paths. A political coup by the Bloc, well played.
To quote from that article:
$1:
"Recently, Mr. Duceppe said Bernard Landry was the man for the situation to lead Quebec to sovereignty. Mr. Duceppe still has the same opinion," said a Bloc statement.
Pretty sure Duceppe is only saying that as a courtesy and to be nice in front of cameras (and being an hypocrite about it). He wants that PQ leader status. Duceppe is as deceitful & cunning as they get. He probably would stab anyone standing in his way in order to get what he wants.
