This is the terminus of Tory radicalism

It is worth giving some thought to this "demonising" of opposition. This is a recent development in Canadian politics and it is entirely the invention of the roots of the CPC and fine tuned by that Party.
My involvement in politics goes back nearly 60 years and never until this radical upsurge did I experience these tactics - with the ever worsening attack ads.
No other Party has sunk to this and none to the level of political hatred encouraged by Harper.
Did you see the PC response to Mulcair's debut. There has been a tradition in politics of applauding a new member or a new leader and of friendly greetings that has never been violated until now. Read the transcript of Moore's "greeting." It was as nasty an episode as any Parliament has ever witnessed.
And it passed without comment.
Compare it to Rae's gracious greeting.
All Western countries have been subject to this "demonization" of other
parties.. to try and suggest it is a Canadian thing is moronic of you,
you should see what the Italians do to each other.
Personally, I don't like it, it injects waves of hysteria and panic thumping
that doesn't help anyone.. but it is not unique to Canada.
You lose... again.
No they have not. It is rare in Parliamentary democracy. It is recent also in the USA.
Considering that we have someone with a pathological hatred of Harper on this thread, I'm running 2 to 1 odds they are lying to bulwark their failing argument.

Never let facts get in the way of your prejudice.
I'm sorry, did somebody say something?

Tory Radicalism - huh, say what !
There were no deep cuts, something to please the leftist media. There should have been more in the CBC at least, amongst anything else.

Is that fucking thing flammable or inflammable?
Yes...or no...how about maybe?

That is irrelevant. I do know people who have met him - that includes a neighbour of Harper as a schoolboy. She is an old woman now but she remembers him with the same concern that she and other neighbours had then.
And I am not going into that.
Not irrelevant. Can I assume you are not qualified to diagnose him?
Hey! That's my line!

remember he shares the same ward with Sigmund Fraud.

The leftist media is a figment of your rightist imagination.

How is it that you have eureka on your ignore list, yet you constantly comment on his posts. Ih he's on ignore, you wouldn't see his posts at all. Maybe you're lying. Just saying. Don't get all grumpy on me, fiery vulva.
I'm sorry, did you say something? Probably wasn't clever enough to warrant my attention.

If you have taken anything from what I have said, you would know that it is not about whether the cuts are deep. It is about the targets and the impact.
A quarter inch deep cut on your thigh would be a treatable nuisance: on your jugular it would be fatal.
That is apart from whether cuts are necessary at all and whether a stimulative programme would not be far more beneficial.
Damn it, I wish there was a Drama Queen medal.
Fuck sakes, Eureka, you are by far the biggest drama queen to ever plague these forums. :
