It's funny that a lot high crime areas are places where immigrants are grouping together. Coincidence?

It's also funny that a lot high crime areas are places where anybody is grouping together, like cities.

It's you city folk that are the problem... or maybe it's just the smog.

Are you saying it's true ?

Anything can be true given the right hypothesis.

Spoken like a true Liberal.

Let’s try "facts" we don't need 2 years of a Liberal committee telling us what is already known.

I'll take McKenna in a heartbeat.

Just humouring you. Most people already know you're a bigot and don't actually want evidence to the contrary.

Per capita (2004), crimes go:

NWT, Nunavut, Yukon, Sask, BC, Man, ... hmm, yep, the top ones are high immigrant areas, indeed.

I know, if I were from Jamaica, I'd be lining up to move to the NWT.

Of course, you could always just get off your ass and go to stats can to see for yourself.

Per capita wise that statement is false.

Sure?

Yes yes...thats all fine and good but wtf does it have to do with the Topic?

GunPlumber @ Wed Jan 25, 2006 1:19 pm

Too right. 200 posts and only about 12 were on topic. I'm as guilty as anyone <hangs head in shame,... momentarily>.

Well, I already said who I thought should be the next leader of the FedLibs.

But, if the Lib's don't pick her, dig this scenario:

Steverino calls up Annie and says,
"I need someone to head up Justice. They've got to know the law inside and out, especially the Constitution. They've got to have extensive government experience, but they've got to appeal across the political spectrum. And it wouldn't hurt if they were able to draw in voters from outside the traditional conservative constituency. Know anyone who might be interested?"

Annie takes the hint and accepts. On the first day of the session, bedecked in a Tory blue business suit, she walks by the opposition benches while exchanging pleasantries with her former colleagues. Then she stops.

She fixes an icy stare and says,
"Nice shoes, Belinda".

She turns, walks across the floor and takes her seat to the left of the PM.

The house erupts in laughter, cheers and applause.

Silly to think, but oh so delich if it happened.[hr]
