Just a quick addendum on the matter: This isn't even yesterday's news. The right to do so goes back to '96 in Ontario (Gwen Jacobs) and back to '91 for the original conviction in Guelph

I think the million dollar question here is: How many women are actually going topless in public on a warm day in Ontario?

Virtually NONE!

There are no women standing topless at the bus stop, no women walking topless around the mall, no women topless filling up at the gas station, no women hanging around the library getting their nipples pinched every time they close a book, no women lined up at the cinema topless, no women running around the tennis court or jogging though the park topless....

Your chances of seeing a topless women on the streets of Ontario are practically nil! Women won the right to go topless but they don't all suddenly go topless en masse as soon as the temperature hits 25C.

If you see a topless woman somewhere other than at the beach and they are actually quite attractive(the woman and her boobs) then mark that day in your calendar because it could be a long time before you ever see that again!

I lived nearby a nudist colony growing up. It was a nudist family (went to school with their kids, but they wore clothes to school), and some sort of campground or something during the summer.

The place shut down when both of the parents ended up with colon cancer (or something - they were both colon-related).

So maybe God hates naked people after all.
