No one else see's the problem with the Liberal owner of the site asking a question, answered 6 minures by the only candidate, then seconded by 3 hard core Liberals? Just take a step back and think about how smelly that sounds.
Again, What's the rush?

While I recognize and respect the administration of this site is a Liberal however I do not pass that respect and consideration to the rest of you smarmy bootlickers. While some might cynically say that it's quite natural for megalomaniac Liberals to believe that they have the right to appoint their opposition, others who do not suffer under the same political disease wound disagree.
If you need someone RIGHT NOW, I’ll stand as interim leader until we can democratically elect a real leader. The duration will only be one week (or until my boss comes back). I'd much rather someone else be appointed but definately not without more Conservative recomendations.

Half the members are Cons. I think this site is quite balanced with views from all Canadians.....that's why I like it.

Like I said, I am open to many candidates, just not you.
Tricks wouldn't be bad either....he has an open mind from what I can tell and dosen't make things up.

Riden I don't quite see what the problem is here, I'm not a mod or anything, I just press a button that let's people into the Conservative group. If it bothers you so much you do it then.

..ah. but you're not paranoid.
Since the party branding didn't go exactly as planned, what if something more is in the works. Who can truely say what the webmeister has in store..
Controlling who was branded as the opposition would be key to some sort of trivial victory.
Let me tell you this. I'm just the man to stand in the way of something almost all others would dismiss as trivial and insignifigant.
