This is a damned tough one.
I hate the Chinese government but I also hate foreign terrorist groups, like the Tamil Tigers, operating out of Canada.
If they're not safe from the Chinese in the US, Canada isn't going to be any better.

The way our immigration works these days, they are probably all considered prime candidates for entry into system.
