naw you **mod edit**... pretty well everybody on the forum thinks you're pathetic. Your only value here is as entertainment.

ShepherdsDog ShepherdsDog:
Can't muzzle free speech, but you don't have to open a debate on the issue. he can jabber all he wants as an MP. it's not party policy. There were 12 Liberal MPs and senators who tried to introduce anti abortion legislation as well.

http://www.arcc-cdac.ca/presentations/anti-bills.html

It's a pretty divisive issue and as the link I posted points out, the last government sponsored bill was narrowly defeated in the senate. Pro choice doesn't mean you are pro abortion it just means you support the ability to choose that option. Many who are pro choice would never make abortion their choice, like my wife and myself. However, we don't have the right to deny others their right to choose, whether we disagree with it or not.

Tried to rep ya.You've pretty accuratlysumed up my opinion on the issue as well. I call it reluctantly pro-choice.

You are a **mod edit**, SD. And a particularly despicable coward. You have been the chief instigator of this from the start with the pack howling behind.

What a pity that one person like you can ruin a perfectly good forum.

ahhh...that's just pillow talk sweetheart.

I'm fully pro choice...it's just not the choice we would make, and I feel I should qualify my stance...unless my wife's life was threatened or the fetus was seriously compromised.

Not to be a bitch, but what was worse about Eureka's post that needed to be edited than Shep's "**mod edit**" that was NOT edited?

Who knows? Maybe the mods didn't see Sheps post yet, or they realize that it was pretty much right on the money! 8)

That's pretty much what I mean. I fully support other people's right to make their own choices, I just really really hate the idea of killing babies.

And yes, that is harsh language but that's how I think of it. Particularily in those cases where it's just people covering up their mistakes. "I'm not ready" just doesn't really fly with me as a good reason for abortion. Too fucking bad I say. Why should an innocent pay because you couldn't figure out how to use a condom?

That said, I still am pro-choice because I don't think the rest of the world neccesarily needs to be forced to conform to my standards.

Might be bang on but it's a good question.

**mod edit**. That's the one only Shep seems to be able to get away with. It was also preceded by a long string of vituperation. I think Eureka is being a mug by playing that game, but he's got nothing on the howling hounds on this forum. It's fine to argue vigorously with someone and use strong language. But this clusterfucking you see on this forum - some people just have no shame.

When you come to the defence of Eureka and pile on with Eureka, are you not clusterfucking yoursef?

Nice try that you would see that as equivalent. I can just see you on watch on your boat, screaming "it's a tidal wave, it's a tidal wave, we're all going to die" every time you encounter a slightly larger than normal wave. Meanwhile the rest of the crew is all "relax, it's only Gunnair on watch duty again, where are those valiums?"

Your reply drips with guilt.

It's okay, Andy, everyone does it once in a while - even those that rail against it the most.

Eureka must be having a good laugh watching all this wasted effort dealing with him.

It's Christmas ladies. Lets get back to decent debate, stop wasting time on the wanker and move on.
