Sweet, to bad they couldn't impound the captain along with the boat.
I don't think that is something Steve Irwin would have sided with... (Greenpeace and their bullshit, I mean) But hey, what do I know.
Keep up the good work Paul!
Paul is an asshole pure and simple. He has NO regard for maritime laws. He should never be allowed to own a fucking dinghy, let alone captain a ship of any size.
Good without a ship this piece of work will be left high and dry where he belongs. Anyone who's to radical for even the econuts in Green Peace is definately one loose cannon who could care less about maritime law or peoples personal safety.
What a piece of human offal Mr. Watson is.
I sailed with his brother years ago and he was a standup guy who had the giant misfortune of being related to Paulie. I can still remember the secret squirrels comming down to the ship around once a month and draggin the poor guy into the Cox'ns officer for questioning about his brothers antics.
I often wondered what their parents thought. One kid in the Navy and the other a raving lunatic willing to go to any extreme to prove his point.
(edit for speleing)
I actually have respect for Mr. Watson, on the grounds that he has the balls to do what most governments wont do - stand up to the people that are illegally killing species after species. How many more ocean-going species have to be extinct before more people step forward and take action?
I'm not saying I'd be next to jump on his ship and help wage war on the whalers, but it's refreshing to see someone go against the normal groove and actually do something, rather than sit on a couch and complain about things.
The guy has drive and determination and fights for a cause he cares about. Nothing wrong with that.

I have a huge problem for his cavalier disregard for human life.
Are neither of you bothered by how many times he has put his life, and the lives of others in serious danger?
What about the ramming of other ships? Do the people of those other ships deserve to die?
