The point is... (going to the verdict of the judge), he was married to her, which makes the kids born in wedlock his children, whether he was the "spermdonor" or not...
I have no words for mom. What a c*nt.
I thought _ _ U _ was the correct term.

Yea. It would seem he was happy to call them his kids while he was married to their mother, and only 16 years down the road does he start to question their parentage. He's no prize himself.

I can see his point though. Mom wants him to pay more and more (which would probably not be a problem, if she didn't cut his time with them), so it is not about the kids anymore. It is about her greed. I wouldn't want to support that either.
He is obliged to pay a certain amount based on his salary, she wants more and more.

This is a tough one. Sure she was married to him and f*cked around and got pregnant but he raised them as if they were truly his. The guy is stuck between a rock and a hard place. Typical as a father seems to have no rights in a custody battle.

Acquaintances of mine moved in together. She had a 6 year old daughter. Biological was not in the picture. They all lived together for 6 years. No marriage. They split. She sued for child support and won as he was deemed by the courts to be 'the only father the child knew'!
***Almost forgot. I'll buy a T!
