Between this and New Hampshire, why would any reasoning man ever heed a poll?

All those good, sensible Easterners moving to Alberta are beginning to have an influence. :D

well i wouldn't bet election over this poll # 's for alberta, they have at least a 10% margin of error . and even if true now the liberals simply don't have strong enough candidates or riding associations there to actually win those seats .

good point polls are starting to lose there accuracy to an extent , think they can also be used to try and influence people to vote a certain way just to get a government mp .

I grew up in Alberta, I do everything I can do to avoid setting foot in the scuzhole. B.C. is the best it gets at this point. Anyway, I hope Dion surges there. The red neck thugs that make up the federal conservatives along with their fake leader need to get there asses kicked at the home base. Bush's lickspittle Harper needs a wake up call.

Go read my note in Federal Elections to see that even with a 10% margin of error, the poll results still mean something.

i never said the poll didn't mean anything but i highly doubt its level of accuracy and even if liberals have improved numbers in this province that means little unless they run better candidates cause in most rural areas they vote for person as well and like voting for well known mp's over unknown opposition candidates .
