well i wouldn't bet election over this poll # 's for alberta, they have at least a 10% margin of error . and even if true now the liberals simply don't have strong enough candidates or riding associations there to actually win those seats .

Go read my note in Federal Elections to see that even with a 10% margin of error, the poll results still mean something.

i never said the poll didn't mean anything but i highly doubt its level of accuracy and even if liberals have improved numbers in this province that means little unless they run better candidates cause in most rural areas they vote for person as well and like voting for well known mp's over unknown opposition candidates .

The Liberals just need a couple of city seats. Rural Alberta is a lost cause for the federal Liberals. They're never going to get seats outside Edmonton or Calgary, and not even likely in Calgary. They're only "due" about four seats anyways by PR. Winning a rural seat would be a total coup.

I grew up in Alberta, I do everything I can do to avoid setting foot in the scuzhole. B.C. is the best it gets at this point. Anyway, I hope Dion surges there. The red neck thugs that make up the federal conservatives along with their fake leader need to get there asses kicked at the home base. Bush's lickspittle Harper needs a wake up call.

Oh boy are you a dreamer , I hope you stay away we have no use for lazy whiny sloths like yourself.

Nevermind your sad excuse for an Albertan (I also grew up in Alberta but intelligent enough to know the difference) Yeah, B.C is the best it gets although Alberta is leading in economy, jobs but hey, that's what the Liberal B.C gov is for, raising taxes to an extant nobody wants to live in B.C anymore. Sask lowered taxes, Alberta is the same, what does it take for the B.C gov to do the same? I think you and your pussy idea for a government needs their asses kicked and wake up to the 21st century. Say hi to Dion for me in Quebec.

Anyone who doesn't live in Alberta doesn't know what the fuck they're talking about. The Liberals and NDPs will never win a federal seat in Alberta and this goes beyond the foreseeable future. We know all too well what those devious self-righteous fuckwads in both those parties are all about, we know all too well how much they absolutely hate our province, and we will NEVER ever be stupid enough to give either of them a federal seat in Parliament.

Ipsos Reid is far more accurate than Decima and the only thing this demonstrates is the polls are very fluid indeed. If I were in any party, I would have have trouble sleeping if I thought an election was just around the corner. No one really wants an election right now and whoever touches one off is likely to feel the wrath of Canadian voters. It is coming down to something I've said all along, the parties are not talking issues its getting canadians to hate them more than they hate us, the key to winning all elections

Isn't that the provincial motto of Alberta? It should be.

usually find ipsos accurate but this latest poll goes total opposite of 2 other polls just released , one being strategic counsel poll which put dion only at 30 % way behind cpc at 36% and decima poll said same thing . so even if you average out these 3 polls cpc would still be ahead of liberals and main battle ground provinces like ontario in margin or error as there so close .

I would suggest to Stelmach that we adopt it as our official motto but most of the time he doesn't know what the fuck he's talking about either.

(

$1:
note i serious question this poll and have some serious doubts about its accurancy in alberta #'s and cannot find margin of error for that province , but if biased liberal media says so it must be true right ?)

As do I. Very seriously question! Makes no sense.
