Why not? The black kids all want to bring back segregation anyway.

May as well embrace the new paradigm. :|

Sure, instead of making the effort to get along, tolerance and acceptance, why not just separate everybody into specific groups... like they did in the good old days.

raydan @ Thu Nov 17, 2016 5:53 pm

I think I've narrowed it down to 2 groups...

Group 1 - Intolerant people... includes extremists, racists, haters and terrorists

Group 2 - Everybody else

I think you're conflating because there's no such thing as being "genetically Scottish"

That's not what Family Tree DNA says. They can identify you as Scottish, English, Irish, or Welsh. And they do it very accurately.

Also, I didn't say anything about race; you did.

Yeah I did a similar thing through through National Geographic and it told me, for example, that I'm 22% Scandinavian. But thats only the DNA from your 6 most recent ancestors. The rest of your DNA is too fragmented to identify. So instead of Scottish you could be a family of Italians wo moved to scotland 7 generations ago.

Also just because a person has genetic markers that are most commonly found in Scotland, doesn't mean all Scottish have it and it doesn't mean Scottish people are a different "race". DNA can also tell if youre blonde or brunette, doesn't mean you're different races

So again, what about Black Pride then? Your argument works just as well for someone who's ancestry is from Mauritania as opposed to someone who's ancestry is from, say, Zambia. So, if it's wrong for White people to assume there isn't a "common White race", which there isn't, then it's just as wrong to suggest there's a "common Black race"

Missed this post bu it's exactly my point. The Mairitanian and Zambian wouldn't believe in a shared identity of "Black" unless both moved to Europe or North America or endured European colonialism in their home country.

A Jamaican and a Rwandan who both arrive in USA for the first time would at first just consider the other to be a foreign stranger as they would not even speak the same language. It's only after living in America and being treated as "Blacks" would they both come to view themselves as belonging to "Black" and have an idea about "black pride". "Race" is a construct.

Here's the poster found around Richmond BC last week. Tell me just how it isn't racist.

I saw that when it came out. It came out shortly after the one in Ontario hit the news.

It immediately reminded me of the leftist infiltrators who used to join tea party rallies in costumes and carrying placards with radical slogans suggesting stuff like nazism. It was 'look at us we're nazis' or 'look at us we're calling Obama a coon.'

The poster above reminded me of that. It's like somebody saw the poster in Ontario, noticed it wasn't actually that radical and decided to take it to another, more damning level while implicitly claiming the same source.
