All lies. Lying liars, why must they lie?
(turns out the entire series was a plot between the Faceless Men and the Iron Bank of Braavos to exterminate the ruling class of Westeros so they could come in and take over via Empress Arya! X-Files levels of multi-decade conspiracy!
see, I can do teh spoiler game as well as anyone else can )
I agree T. They have the ring of falsehood and if they are true the GoT writers have lost their marbles.
In fact, just for that Llama I'm going to give you a serious spoiler that you may not be able to pass up on. Even though I warn you that although other spoilers I've seen have turned out to be false if this one turns out to be true it will ruin everything for you. And this one has the ring of a very definite possibility. But you'll be making a big mistake if you click it.
But you're like the gopher safe in his hole but curious as to the whistle he hears outside now, aren't you...I bet you click
The Golden Company goes back to the time of old Valyria. It began under the auspices of House Targaryen. Vows of loyalty were made. The GC will turn on Cersei
That one is a possibility because it falls somewhat in line with what the GC was doing in the books when the (presumably) false Aegon VI invaded Westeros. Maybe that's how it will happen, Varys or Sansa or someone else with no faith in Dany lets the GC know that Jon is the true Aegon VI and the GC rallies to him.
I just read Llama's spoiler page. It also claims to come from leaks. All the spoilers I heard about that turned out to be false claimed to come from leaked scripts.
But you know what? Crazy as it seems when you see Llama's spoilers fleshed out they are sold a lot better than when you just see the raw claims in single sentences.
They've got me wondering now. Who knows? Maybe they are true. Still don't like them though.
I like my single sentences.
I hope I'm wrong.
This time around the producers and HBO had all the scripts and footage locked up tight in order to prevent leaks at all because of the embarrassment they got from the leaks that had happened before in previous years. Unless it got confirmed by a bigger entertainment news site like TMZ or Hollywood Reporter then it'll turn out to be false, just clickbaiting by the usual nerd sites to drive up traffic or by trolls trying to piss fans off by fake-ruining the ending.
I guess the goofs on YouTube can do what they want by saying a frame-by-frame analysis of the preceding episode means they can accurately predict what happens in the next show. In reality though? Minor easter eggs revealed at best and not much more.
I saw an actual leak that did turn out to be a leak. The problem is nobody knew it was a leak at the time it was given out.
There's this girl named Stacy who does a daytime TV show in Britain. Maisie Williams was the guest on her show. Blah, blah, blah and Maisie tells Stacy she's been practicing her swordplay for GoT.
Next thing you know the 2 of them move over to another stage for more room and Maisie is showing Stacy how to switch blades from one hand to the other so if your opponent grabs your hand you can switch to the other hand. The 2 of them start practicing. Neither Stacy nor the audience had a clue they were acting out the death of the Night King.
It's on YouTube.
Spoilers!
Caught me by surprise. Still laughing.
Joe Biden jokes are funny.
Tyrion convinces the Iron Bank to pull Cersei's funding in return for the last dragon. John takes the throne without a fight and Dany becomes the Queen of All Collection Agents.
I was just watching the final scene of last week's ep and I noticed something.
When Daenerys is walking away from the Gates looking mad enough to burn a city...
Drogyn is there. In the rear.
Was I the only one who didn't notice that?
This could all start happening pretty quick.
