Everybody from Ontario isn't going to move to Alberta and Saskatchewan though, boys. Not to mention that there has been mention of $50/bbl oil on my TV for the last couple of days, which is going to cost some jobs in the tar sands if it happens.

Are you hoping for the economy to fail out east? It sounds alot like you would love for that to happen in order to make the entire country depend entirely on Alberta (and a little bit sask.)

One of the boys from down east bought himself a plane and he flys the boys in to camp and then home for their 2 week turnaround.A big plane.

Who says that? I can't imagine it dropping that low unless somebody has found a way to turn sea water into a cheap viable feul.

That's what they are hoping for, Derby. It'd be funny to see their reaction if Alberta and Saskatchewan filled up with Ontario Liberals though. Oh boy would they be screaming.

I think that happened a while ago.I could care less actually,as an Albertan im used to having to travel to work.

Flint energy who has a huge eastern workforce here is setting up shop down east now,im happy for them.As most of the Flint hands i worked with were from the east anyways so it's nice to see them export the technology and skills back east for their upcoming future in energy.

I thought it already did fail?

The country is or was dependent on Alberta, now that oil has tanked you will feel it as well 20 % of Ontario's GDP will disappear.

The only thing that will be filling is the moving vans full of easterners returning home to add to your unemployment numbers.

What's Dummy Williams going to do with half of Ft McMac when they hit his door step.

You think the economy failed out here? Considering the GDP of Ontario I hope not. The country would fail and we certainly woulddn't be able to afford to big ole military many want.

Maybe it didnt fail but how come it's nothing but easterner's here working then?
