Quebecers are always pissed off about something and I don't expect them to stop perpetuating their culture of victimhood anytime soon.
The fact is, the Tories don't have much to lose in Quebec. They can lose everything they have in Quebec and still win a strong minority, or even a weak majority, judging by the latest polls.
If that happened, you'd have a Conservative Majority Government with no seats in Quebec, ruled from Alberta.
If that happened, Quebecers might actually have some real complaints. They wouldn't have to make them up like they do now.
