What are you talking about? I am comparing a Christian women and a Muslim women practicing their religion by choice. They choose to wear a scarf to cover their heads, why is that so difficult to understand. Please give me sources to what you mean by cesspools in the east, Muslims are all around the world, not only in the east.

Weaponeer, I am a Muslim and do you hear me saying convert or die? Nor will majority of Muslims in the world. We are peaceful people and we are only allowed to resort to violence when we have to defend ourselves. This is the teaching in Islam. No I have never heard you say that, but I have heard muslims say it. Islam has a very big prob, radicals. Every religion has them, your no diff. Radical islam is a huge world prob, not every musilm is a terrorist, but most terrorists are muslim, FACT.

Oh yea, we see nuns on every street corner, covered from head to toe. I actually spoke to a nun last week, an old biddy at my church. She doesn't wear her head piece unless she is on 'duty' and isn't afraid of mens lustful glances. Her head was not covered and she was wearing a natty skirt suit thingy.

As you have no women who are deemed equal enough in Islam to be spiritual leaders there is no real comparison to the millions of enslaved females forced to wear the niqab or burkha.

You already had to backtrack about the fact that Rome has a mosque whereas Mecca doesn't, well actually all of Saudia Arabia doesn't have a single church and a Christian is forbidden from entering Mecca.

I was trying to read the bible but couldnt decide which version would describe the best of the religion because they all seem to teach different things. Maybe you can point me in the right direction and show me the bible that hasnt been changed from the day of the Christ.

Women are deemed equal and I never said once, "WOMAN SHOULD BE COOKING, CLEANING", they should do whatever they desire, I was trying to point out that they are better at it then men. As, I have asked the question before, why is the nursing department flooded wiht women while trade jobs are 90% men and I know these facts because if you had taken a single sociology class, you would understand.

I have asked the question a 1000 damn times and none of you ahve the balls to answer it. My claim was that women prefer certain roles in life and men prefer certain roles. If a women is caring, sensative and patient, she can deal with sick people in a hospital. If she prefers, she can go work out in the oil field, thats her personal preferrence. If a man desires, he can also be a nurse however, they prefer to work with cars, labor, army and so on. I am speaking of genders having their own unique qualities that benefit their field of work. BUT you said tha women can't do everything that men can do in Islam. For instance, join the military. Why is that? Is she allowed to change religions? Is she allowed to NOT wear a burka? Is she allowed to go to school?
