Saudi Arabia threatens Canada with a 9/11 attack
BRAH @ Tue Aug 07, 2018 6:26 am
Canada is also buying oil from Saudi Arabia because the Alberta oil sands are Evil or something.
Fighter Fighter:
hmm...Shame on them if they were really trying to signal 9/11 type of attack.
Good thing is they apologized. I hope that their intention was not bad
No need to get carried away...Youth these days, everywhere, are morons, I know it because I am part of it. Emotional patriots...Idiots
The head of State (AKA The Crown Prince or King) has not apologised to Canada. It was an organisation that *may* be connected with State media.
How the intention be anything but bad when you combine a threat with imagery reminiscent of 9/11?
We're not the ones getting carried away, I mean no one is proposing we use suicide moose attacks in Al Riyadh.
The're the ones self escalating.

Well fuck if this isn't reason to stop buying their terror-oil, I dunno what is.

It’s a total embarrassment that we import oil from other countries.$1:
Many people are surprised to find out that Canada imports oil from foreign countries.
While much of that oil comes from the United States (which makes some sense considering our countries are right next to each other), much of it comes from many thousands of miles away, including from countries like Saudi Arabia.
This is because of our pathetically failed leaders who didn’t build up our refining and pipeline capacity, leaving much of Canada’s oil landlocked in the West.
Justin Trudeau’s decision to cancel the Energy East pipeline was a huge mistake and a huge missed opportunity, which left much of Canada reliant on foreign oil. In effect, Justin Trudeau kept Canada poorer and more vulnerable, while making foreign countries like the Saudis richer.
It’s an embarrassment for Canada – with all of our massive oil wealth – to be importing foreign oil. Below, you can see where that oil comes from:

Saudi state television also reported Sunday that the Education Ministry was coming up with an "urgent plan" to move thousands of Saudi scholarship students out of Canadian schools to take classes in other countries.
Horak has said there are about 16,000 Saudi students in Canada.
Freeland said students from Saudi Arabia who had been accepted were still welcome at Canadian schools.
"It would be a shame for those students if they were deprived of the opportunity to study here," she said.
On Monday, Saudi state airline Saudia said it would suspend flights to and from Toronto as of Aug. 13.
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has not commented about Saudi Arabia's sanctions.
Bessma Momani, an analyst on Middle East affairs and professor at the University of Waterloo, said the move resonates positively among Saudis, but also among the country's allies in the region.
Momani called it "getting tough on Canada," which she said other countries in the region might welcome if they view Canadian foreign policy to be led by human rights concerns.
'We're not an important country'
There could be a sentiment among allies that, "Finally the Trudeau government is getting poked back in the eye by the Saudis."
At the same time, it sends a strong message to European and Middle Eastern countries that they shouldn't "mess" with Saudi Arabia, said Thomas Juneau, a professor at the University of Ottawa.
"There is a clear, uniquely Saudi dimension to this in the sense that in the last three years Saudi Arabia has been behaving very aggressively and assertively in the Middle East," he said, noting the blockade of Qatar and the war in Yemen.
"For Saudi Arabia to punish Canada, it's fairly easy because we're not an important country for them, either are they for us," he said, noting that it sends a message to others that it will not accept criticism.

Junior could admit he made a boner with the pipeline direction and send it west to east then outlaw Saudi oil.
Also we should block the Dawa money, Wahhabi influence and Imams coming in from Saudi Arabia. Shut down Saudi funded Salafi mosques in Canada.
Basically, who gives a shit. Get lost, Saudi Princes and your imams. Then let the Saudis tell the others in the region what big shots they are.

They appear to be connected to the Saudi government. It's time for that vile dynasty to come to a violent end.

I'd also ban all immigration from the kingdom, seize their assets in Canada, and declare the Saudi Royal Family PNG.

Do the Arabs do guillotines?
Too technically complex.
Stoning, throwing off buildings, beheadings, these seem to be the most popular.
Along with truck attacks.

It really can be seen that way. Too bad little potato will be the spineless PM we've come to expect.

Does Trudeau need a history lesson on Saudi Arabia?
I feel like he'll skip the class and we'll be forced to learn the lesson.
I'd like to see Canadian politicians (on both sides) grow a spine and really stand up to Saudi Arabia, but like US politicians, they've allowed them Saudis way too much influence here.
If Saudi Arabia wants to pull its kids out of our schools, threaten trade and all the rest, it's about time to levy an import duty on all oil coming from Saudi Arabia. If we have to deal with despots, there are plenty of other ones who can sell us their oil.
Canada has been under financial assault from Saudi Arabia since mid-2014 anyways, when they turned on the taps full blast and crashed the price of oil.
I'd like to see some conversation about Energy East, but that's dead as a doornail, because there so many hippies down east who have been brainwashed into thinking bitumen is pure evil.
BRAH BRAH:
Does Trudeau need a history lesson on Saudi Arabia?
No. He needs to worship the glowing orb and dance with swords.
The lesson is for everybody else. The GeorgeWBullshit "official story" must be re-inforced.
